CUTTING AND FORMING
We have a Trumpf Laser and two Cincinnati Press Brakes that can fulfill your Sheetmetal needs.
WELDING AND FABRICATING
With over 100 years of welding and fabrication experience, we have the ability to weld complex weldments and assemblies, ranging from Mild Steel, Aluminum, to Stainless.
TURNING
We have 3 cnc lathes; between them we have the ability to turn parts up to 32" in diameter. In addition, our Mazak QTN 250 has the capability of 4th axis machining which can be added into our manufacturing process.
MILLING
Our Machine Shop has 3 CNC Milling Centers which include our new large platform HAAS VF-9. We have 4th axis capabilities and use Mastercam to assist with programming.
MACHINE BUILDING
Cradle to grave Machine Building. Our assembly crew are building machines every day; an entire build or anything in between. Fabrication, machining, painting, assembly and shipping.
ENGINEERING
Our team of engineers are able to quote your project, engineer a solution, and manage your project through manufacturing. We use SolidWorks as our drawing software, along with AutoCAD.
